Main tasks in the team

• assisting students, doctoral students and employees of the Gdańsk University of Technology in establishing spin-off / spin-out companies;
• organizing training courses, events and competitions in the field of academic entrepreneurship;
• organization of the acceleration process of start-up projects under the "Start-up School"
• initiating contacts and developing cooperation with enterprises conducting R&D activity, investment funds and business environment institutions;
• keeping records of contacts, meetings and arrangements between representatives of research teams and the business environment.

Basic requirements

• minimum 3 years of professional experience;
• ability to establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships;
• communication skills and the ability to recognize customer needs;
• involvement in the performance of assigned tasks;
• independence and own initiative;
• ability to prepare and deliver presentations;
• knowledge of the English language at least at a communicative level;

Additional requirements

• experience in working in business, in a business environment institution or in running your own business;
• experience in a similar position;
• knowledge of issues related to technology transfer and protection of intellectual property;
• own network of business contacts;
• experience in introducing new products to the market.
